Loadx LTD is a technology based platform for the logistics industry based in the UK & EU; we connect transporters and customers looking to move/transport goods via our ecommerce portal. The customer support representative requires good customer skills as well as sales skills to convert enquiries into sales & generate leads. Dealing with customers and transporters enquiries from multiple channels including chat/email and phone.
Excellent spoken & written skills in English are essential for this role as you will be dealing with customers/partners based in the UK.
Job role
Your role as a customer support will be to assist customers on the phone as well as on the live chat system on our website and email. You will also be expected to generate leads and call businesses to introduce our services. We expect the potential candidate to have the following skills:

Responsibilities
· Inbound and outbound calls to support customers/ transporters for any queries
· Assisting with processing orders and converting leads to sales
· Assisting customers on our live chat system
· Handling queries via emails
· Assigning drivers to daily jobs
· Administrative tasks
· Convert Business prospects to customers
Working Hours: 12 hours per shift (2pm- 2am) Saturday & Sunday + Overtime
