We are looking for a talented and professional business development person to take the lead of the department. You will be determining and building the market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing the business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and closing the deals.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business. 
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives and improving sales.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns. Running them end-to-end. Tracking and analyzing campaign results and suggesting improvements.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email.
  • Collaborating with leadership on marketing efforts to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.

Requirements:

  • Email campaigning experience is a must.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills (English).
  • Able to generate innovative ideas to increase sales.
  • Has no issue working in the evening shift.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines. Able to handle the pressure.
  • Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales.
  • Professional and goal oriented.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field.
  • Experience working with US clientele is a plus. 
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
