We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Laravel/PHP Developer with VueJS experience to come join our agile team of professionals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent skills in Laravel and VueJS with 4-5 years of previous working experience.
- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP, Laravel framework, and Vue.js
- Laravel framework for the back-end and VueJS for the front-end.
- Strong concepts in OOP and design patterns (e.g. MVC).
- Understanding and experience of advanced JS libraries/frameworks (VueJS).
- Can deliver across the entire app lifecycle - analyze the problem, develop the best possible solution, test, deploy, and deployment on production.
- Development experience with Laravel for building large-scale systems. Must have a grip on Laravel's ORM.
- Strong hands-on programming experience using open source technologies. PHP, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Open Source CMS.
- Must be able to design Database Schema using any tool e.g. MySQL Workbench, etc.
- Strong programming background in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience working with remote data using RESTful web services. Must have a good understanding of JSON and its implementation using AJAX.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs like Facebook, Twitter, Google, Payment Gateways, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Payment methods integration in Laravel.
- Software Testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
- Familiar with AWS and Linux command line
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and of developing web services. Experience with Git version control.
- Advanced knowledge of Restful concepts and APIs.
- Passion for best design, coding practices, and test-driven code.
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or similar relevant field.
- Creative and efficient problem solver.
- Understanding and implementing security and data protection.
- Must be a team player with good communication skills.
- Great aptitude and attitude towards learning.
- Take full responsibility for task/project execution.
- Ability to prioritize own work and respect deadlines.
- Innovative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP/Laravel applications.
- Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX team).
- Write and deliver high-quality, clean, and well-designed code.
- Ensure HTML, CSS, and Javascript is valid and consistent across applications.
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
- Design and present projects to improve the current process and the overall platform.
- Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from the concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
- Coordinate with team members and keep the technical lead well-informed of the development status.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
