Job Description

International UK travel based travel company required energetic experienced boys for Afternoon shift.

To be considered for this position, you MUST have excellent English Communication Skills. Ideal opportunity for Fluent English Speakers.

- Inbound and Outbound calls

- Follow up on customer complaints

- Updates the client database, comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

- Completes call logs and call reports as necessary and updates them in the database.

- No targets .

- Offering fixed salary.
