We are seeking an experienced Stitching Supervisor to oversee our stitching department. The successful candidate will be responsible for HIRING and MANAGING a team of stitchers, ensuring high-quality products, and meeting production targets. A key aspect of this role is to have an existing network of skilled tailors and stitchers to quickly assemble a team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of stitchers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Recruit and hire skilled tailors and stitchers to meet production demands, leveraging existing professional networks
- Monitor production targets and implement strategies to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in stitching or sewing supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and quality control experience
