We are currently looking to hire 'IT System & Network Engineer'. An ideal candidate is responsible to design, manage, maintain & monitor on-premises, and hybrid systems with Level 1 support.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Job Description:
- Strong networking skills such as DNS, TCP/UDP, Firewall, Routers, Unicast/Multicast
- Ability to work on system installation including Active Directory, Hyper V & Office365
- Installs and configures network hardware, software, and peripheral equipment; troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves server and networked devices hardware and software problems.
- Solving technical product issues of our customers, resellers & personnel's & communicate directly with them using the phone, ticketing system & remote tools.
- Support delivery and implementation services as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Self-starter with fluent English speaking
- Strong hands-on experience in IT Systems& Network Engineering
- Ability to work on system installation such as Active Directory, DNS Server, Hyper V, Office 365 & other users apps
- Experience with Windows environments, Web servers, Databases and core infrastructure systems.
Experience: At least 1 year in IT System & Network Engineering
Qualification:Bs in Cs/IT/Telecommunication (Must)
CCNA/MCSA certification preferred
