Job Description:
Sales Consultant is responsible for Providing first-class sales by answering any questions the consumer might have about a product. Acts as a liaison between consumer and manufacturer. Acts as an expert in selling goods to consumers that meet their needs and desires.
Job Responsibilities:
· 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers
· 2. Identify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails and prospecting
· 3. Qualify leads into sales opportunities
· 4. Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager to effectively close sales
· 5. Schedule appointments with Sales Manager for product demonstrations
· 6. Update CRM with accurate data in real-time
· 7. Should be customer focused and believes in ensuring customer satisfaction
· 8. Capable to work autonomously and with team where required
· 9. Should enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment
· 10. Excellent written and spoken English
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication skills in English & it should be fluent and professional.
Required Qualifications:
O levels/Alevels, Bachelors in BBA, Bscs
