Currently, we are looking for a ‘UI/UX Engineer’ with a strong eye for design & will drive end-to-end development and be responsible for the production, modification, and maintenance of our company’s brand, creating the most effective experience for potential and current customers.
Job Description:
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers & engineers
- Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and mock-ups with other members of the team
- Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
- Create reusable widgets and componentry
- Evaluating existing applications and their UX effectiveness and identify optimizations/solutions
- Stay on top of UI/UX trends and best practices
Required Skills:
- Proficient in hand-coding pixel perfect HTML and CSS in a production environment
- Experience writing accessible, responsive, HTML and CSS that performs cross-browser
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks including Angular
- Experience working on Multilingual and 5O8 compliance
- Willingness to learn modern frontend best practices and tooling (ie: unit testing, Webpack)
- Familiarity and experience with agile (scrum) development process
- Strong visual design instincts
- Should be self-starter, self-motivated, write clean code according to Web standards W3C
Preferred Skills:
- Bootstrap, CSS, Javascript, Angular 7, HTML 5, Photoshop
Minimum Education:
- BScs, Diploma in CS
Experience:
- 1-2 years
- (Fresh graduates having 6months experience can be considered for internship)
