SOFTENICA TECHNOLOGIES is a fast growing Web Development company with friendly and motivated team. We are in search of a Graphic Designer who can design website layouts PSDs with extensive knowledge and experience of building highly attractive and decent web design PSDs.We need designers who are able to think out of the box and are extremely creative.
Our core requirements:
- Complete command over designing tools e.g Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Corel Draw etc (whichever you use, Photoshop preferred).
- Expert at developing website UI/UX designs.
- The designs which you make will be converted to websites by Web Developers, so you must have experience in working in such environments.
- Deep knowledge of UI/UX requirements for websites.
- Have an excellent portfolio of professionally designed website PSDs.
- Analyze business requirements and develop attractive and modern designs according to requirements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of new design techniques and website layouts.
- Work independently without direct supervision and team player at the same time.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- creating website designs
- demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
- keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments
- developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages such as HTML and Javascript
- creating products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
- digital retouching and image editing
- working as part of a multidisciplinary team
There can be some pressure to meet deadlines and so extra hours may be required.Key skills Required

- Experience of using programs such as PhotoShop and InDesign

- Up-To-Date knowledge of designs and modern layouts.
This is NOT an entry level position and the designers should have very good understanding of Website Designs and working in coordination with Web Developers. You must have extensive Portfolio of website layout PSDs.
