Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React Native mobile app development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a concentration in a technical field, or equivalent experience. They should possess a strong foundation in programming fundamentals, design patterns, data structures, object-oriented design principles, unit testing, and modern version control flows. The candidate should also have 1 to 6 years of development experience in a multilayered "n-tier" style architecture.

Responsibilities:

Analyze user needs and develop, improve, test, and maintain software that meets those needs using various programming languages.
Take an active role in design and code reviews, assist with delivery estimates, and provide feedback on all aspects of the development process.
Craft software solutions using maintainable, testable, and modular code to solve problems.
Collaborate within a team by participating in code reviews, pairing sessions, architecture discussions, and planning ceremonies.
Write robust, testable code and create unit, functional, acceptance, and/or user tests to validate every change.
Encourage the growth and enhancement of the team by challenging fellow team members and bringing in new, diverse talent.
Mentor interns and other software engineers to help them develop their technical skills.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a concentration in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, design patterns, data structures, object-oriented design principles, unit testing, and modern version control flows.
Willingness to learn new languages and technologies.
1 to 6 years of development experience in a multilayered "n-tier" style architecture.
Comfortable with one or more of the following languages: C# (or other .NET language), JavaScript (either back-end, e.g., NodeJS, and/or front-end, such as Angular), or others like these.
Strong understanding of database design/architecture in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
Basic database administration operations experience in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
Experience working with some form of distributed technology like REST over HTTP.
Awareness to identify and address technical debt, as well as recognizing and removing code smells early during development and code review.

Required Skills:

React Native mobile app development experience.
Knowledge of C#, .Net, SQL Server, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
