Software Developer (NEAT Stack)

We are currently looking for a Software Developer to join our Nexus View team in Karachi. The role involves designing, implementing, and enhancing innovative utility industry products using the NEAT stack (Node, Express, Angular, Typescript). This position requires a strong customer focus, quality assurance mindset, and excellent communication skills to contribute effectively within a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web-based software solutions using the NEAT stack.
- Design and implement new products, modules, and enhancements based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet project deadlines.
- Participate actively in Agile development processes, preferably Scrum, and utilize project management tools such as Jira.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to support project objectives and foster teamwork.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of programming experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing web-based solutions using Node, Express, Angular, and Typescript.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with MS SQL Server, including writing stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum, with familiarity using Jira or similar tools.
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Demonstrated personal accountability, integrity, and dedication to excellence.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of project lifecycles, timelines, and business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with GitHub Co-Pilot is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with C# and .NET development is advantageous.
- This position is offered on a one-year contract basis, with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability.
