Software Engineer I - MLOps

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with a senior team of skilled data scientists to develop data science projects from initial concept through to production deployment.
- Adopt and implement best practices in software engineering, including writing clean, maintainable code, applying SOLID principles, and designing robust, reliable systems.
- Engage with multiple technical domains within Careem, such as Cyber Security, Data, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, and software engineering disciplines including Backend, Frontend, and Mobile development.
- Contribute to the creation and scaling of AI-powered tools that enhance operational efficiency and elevate user experience across the platform.
- Actively participate in a dynamic engineering program designed to cultivate the next generation of ML Ops engineers.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong foundational knowledge in statistics, probability theory, calculus, linear algebra, mathematical analysis, and differential calculus.
- Proficiency in Python programming, SQL, algorithms, and data structures.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithm theory.
- Excellent command of English with strong oral and written communication skills.
