We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled English speaking cold calling representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound customer calls and scheduling meetings with clients. They will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound cold calls
- Recording customer information and keeping track of customer interactions in the system
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Providing information about products and services and making recommendations as needed.
- Scheduling meeting with closers
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, such as call handling time and call volume.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding process improvements.
