We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience in the IT industry to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing software projects from start to finish, combining accuracy with creativity. This role demands hands-on expertise in Full Stack and MERN Stack technologies, along with a strong understanding of web development and design projects. The position is full-time and based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, offering a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, including those located in the UK and US, to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
- Lead problem-solving efforts to overcome project challenges and maintain smooth progress.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of demonstrated experience managing software projects within the IT sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Full Stack and MERN Stack development frameworks.
- Experience handling web development and design projects.
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages and core software development concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients.
- Proven leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams toward project goals.
- A problem-solving mindset combined with a collaborative approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working directly with clients based in the UK and US is highly preferred.
