Sohail Inc is a global research, advisory, and implementation consultancy. We are working to solve some of the most challenging issues of our time, from agriculture and economic growth to climate, health, women empowerment and skills development. We have offices in Karachi and Peshawar, which support the implementation of our work across different geographies. We are looking to expand our team to support our growing portfolio of work with a focus on recruiting Senior Associates to join the team.
The individuals will be involved in the delivery of our projects across different sectors.
The individuals are expected to:
- Support the leadership team in the design and implementation of projects as senior technical and operations personnel.
- Lead singular or group of activities/ projects including projects in agriculture, economic growth and public health.
- Develop project proposals, research tools, and work plans.
- Travel to the field to deliver and oversee/ document activities.
- Conduct desk research, field interviews.
- Design and lead multi-stakeholder workshops.
- A positive/ can-do attitude is essential.
- Willingness to travel to conduct fieldwork
- Have experience in conducting field research or stakeholder consultations.
- Have experience working in either the agriculture or public health sector.
- Are result-oriented, focused on quality, attentive, and client-focused.
- Are technology-driven individuals who embrace and lead the use of innovative and digital solutions.
- Exceptional English language skills – writing and oral.
- Are flexible, have a curious mind, and are open to learning.
- Proficiency in Punjabi language is a must.
