SOHAIL LEATHER CO. a manufacturing company needs services of an accountant who must be compliant to following attributes:
- Knowledge of both Financial and Managerial accounting.
- Preparing and analyzing the company's financial records and regularly preparing and maintaining the company’s P&L Statement, Balance Sheet.
- Candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory evaluation & general ledger reviews, Managing accounting ledgers and books.
- Prepares and records assets, liabilities, revenues, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Prepare Import/Export documents and coordinates with banks.
- Must be aware of handling Weboc or PSW and rebate and DLTL.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Handling of Cash flow and recording of transaction in the software.
- Handling of tax returns as well as calculation & timely settlement of all applicable taxes (WHT, ST, etc.) and other such deductions.
- Knowledge of Data entry through MS Excel and accounting software is a must.
- Must have knowledge of working on Accounting ERP system on which all records are being maintained.
- Must be aware of the accounting terminologies being used in manufacturing business i.e. job cards, recording of man hours, product issuance etc.
Required Knowledge & skills:
- 3-5 Years Working Experience in related industry.
- The incumbent should be MBA/ M. COM or BBA Honors in Accounting and Finance or equivalent from reputed university.
- A Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent in communication skills, especially good writing skills.
