Accountant Job Responsibilities
1) Prepare and maintain FAR & Depreciation Schedule
2) Prepare Invoices and ageing of AR
3) Maintain Inventory Ledgers
4) Prepare daily bank reconciliations
5) Prepare Purchase Orders and ageing of AP
6) Prepare and maintain Loan Schedules
7) Prepare, input and reverse month end accruals
8) Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement monthly
9) Prepare monthly directors capital and drawings statements
10) Input and maintain all financial data in Accounting Management System
11) Complete and input FBR/GST data into government portals
12) Ensure compliance with FBR and other finance related government institutions
13) Assist the external consultant in preparation of annual tax returns
14) Preparation of Cost, Profitability and Budget Analysis
15) Complete any other tasks assigned by management
Salary: depending on experience
Minimum 2 years experience required working as assistant accountant
Minimum Bachelors Degree required
