We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by initiating conversations with potential clients, qualifying leads, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce our services and uncover new business opportunities
• Qualify leads through strategic questioning and follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach during conversations
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or as a Sales Development Representative (B2B experience is a plus)
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Confident in handling rejection and maintaining motivation under pressure
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools and familiar with cold calling best practices
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team
