We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team in DHA Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role requires educating customers on the benefits of solar power, assessing their energy needs, and offering customized solar system proposals that meet both budgetary and sustainability goals. A proactive approach to lead generation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and social media outreach. Conduct site visits to evaluate clients’ energy requirements and assess roof suitability for solar installations. Present and explain solar system designs, costs, and potential savings clearly to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage referrals. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts promptly. Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure proper system design and installation. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to boost brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should have proven experience in solar or renewable energy sales, ideally between 1 to 3 years. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. The ability to understand basic technical and electrical concepts related to solar systems is necessary. The role demands a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is expected. A valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed are also required.
