Solairs Engineering Pvt Limited is a fast growing company in the field of Solar and Renewable Energy sector with its office in Faisalabad and Factory also located in Faisalabad.Job Description:We are looking for an Accounting Administrative officer to manage the office, supervise staff and handle duties for upper management.
The duties may include answering the telephone, filing, faxing, assisting visitors, managing appointments and managing the daily office schedule.
Additional, administrative duties may include working on special projects, managing the office and supervising other staff members.
Accounting tasks include, such as preparing checks, creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing and submitting tax forms, compiling financial records and managing inventory records.
- Working with spreadsheets,sales and purchase ledgersand journals.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Handling daily banking transections.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree or equivalent (Commerce, Finance or accounting)
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting and finance
- Basic knowledge of local tax system
- Good understanding of accounting procedures
