Solaris Engineering (SMC-PVT) LTD is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager; a well-organized, motivated individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Our company provides the following services 1. Solar installation for commercial & Domestic 2. Solar panels 3. Solar Inverters
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop an overall sales and marketing strategy based on market knowledge, experience, and client feedback.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Develop new business within the market.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Responsible to establish sales growth and profit targets for the solar division.
- Setting and prioritizing sales and business development activities and maintaining a properly updated pipeline of prospective clients.
- Leading business meetings, branding, and presenting the company and its solutions to the clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/MBA/ Graduate Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical).
- 3+ years of sales experience (relevant/solar)
- Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills
