Maintain and update books of accounts (General Ledger, AP/AR).

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

Manage cash flow, petty cash, and daily financial records.

Reconcile online sales transactions (E-commerce, COD, Bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa).

Monitor inventory records and coordinate with warehouse for stock reconciliation.

Prepare and file Sales Tax and Withholding Tax returns.

Assist in internal and external audits.

Prepare payroll sheets and verify monthly expenses.

Provide financial reports to management on a regular basis.
