Company is seeking a capable candidate for such post who have work and have knowledge on following

  •       Sound Knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
  •       Can handle labor issue.
  •       Development and Implementation of HR Policies under supervision of Manager HR
  •      Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
  •      Handling of employees grievances and acting as a consultant for employees queries regarding SOP’s and policies with the coordination of manager.
  •     Assist to manager for sourcing of candidates by using all available tools
  •     Maintain personal record of employees
  •     Oversee day to day operations of HR Department
  •     Dealing with legal Institutions i.e., EOBI & PESSI
