Currently we have 1 opening for a “Software Support Officer” for its ERP products.
Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in Software Support & Implementation.
- Must have strong Accounting Concepts.
- Knowledge on Desktop Client / Server Applications
- Must have worked in ERP / Accounting Software implementation and its support.
- Should be able to Configure Various Chart of Account, Reports & Business Processes.
- Ability to work closely with Development Team.
- Should have good oral and written communication skills
Role & Responsibilities
- Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting Of Software Components Remotely/On site.
- Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
- Troubleshooting Software/Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of customers over Phone or Physical Visit.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
