Solotech is looking for Technical Support engineer for web applications and PHP.A candidate must be able to work Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm United States EST (including Daylight Saving Time)
Key Responsibilities
· Understand and master the company’s products and services through training and hands-on usage.
· Provide customer support to clients via various communications tools including email, phone, or live(Skype/Team Viewer).
· Gain a technical understanding and can at least analyze root causes and fix non-development issues (i.e. can address technical issues that don’t require development team’s help).
· Troubleshoot products configuration and minor issues.
· Provide demonstrations of services and products.
· Document incidents as well as other deliverables such as help files, FAQ, online help, knowledge bases, etc.
Be organized and properly update incident tickets, etc. .
Quickly analyze server logs for in depth details about the issue (if required)
Experience Required:
· Past/Current Software Programming experience in web development (specially PHP/Laravel, including databases, user interfaces, websites)
· Must have good verbal and written English communication skills . Past/Current Software Programming experience will be plus
