We are looking for an SEO/SEM Manager to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
SEO
- Should have an extensive experience of SEO and E-Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google policies and trends.
- Generating ideas to produce best-in-class content, both on-site and off-site, which will gain links from high authority sites at scale.
- Perform SEO site audits and backlink analyses.
- Work with internal development teams to ensure that SEO best practices are properly implemented on sites.
- Recommend changes to site architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to improve SEO results for target keywords.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics
SEM:
- Execute SEM experiments & tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report and analyze website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives, and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree & superior written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years experience in SEO, SEM and SMM
- Experience in B2B software or other forms of digital marketing a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently; excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated success setting and achieving goals
