Solution Surface is looking for Sr. HR Executive who is bachelors in business administration or HRM.
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on different job portals and in a range of social media, e.g. LinkedIn etc.
- Ensure appropriate induction and onboarding of new staff.
- Prepare HR documentation for recruitment, promotions, appointments and salary reviews.
- Supports with performance management and disciplinary processes
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by the Management
- Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record keeping requirements
- Leading HR related interventions in our Corporate Functions
- Ensure that HR services/policies are monitored/ adhered to, measured and evaluated against service expectations.
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels.
