Job Responsibilities for Freight Dispatcher:
- Assist with other team members' dispatch-related queries/ calls.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year Dispatching for Trucks in Market.
Necessary Skills:
- Ability to find best-paying loads, negotiating desired rates with brokers.
- Keeping OOs or Carriers assigned to oneself loaded all the time as per the client's requirements.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining dedicated lanes.
- Following up on detention and layovers.
- Complete knowledge of major load boards.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems. (Preferred/ Not required).
- Ability to work in night shift.
- Past experience of dispatching for the following equipment types:
- Flat Bed DryVan, Reefers, Power Only, Straight Box Trucks, and Step Decks.
Location:
- Lahore.
Working Hours/Shift:
- 5 days a Week, Saturdays and Sundays Off
- Night Shift
- 9pm-6am
