Job Description
SolveInk is looking for an experienced 3D Designer with strong expertise in event, exhibition, booth, stall, stage, activation, and branded space design.
We are looking for someone with strong creative thinking, a good eye for design, and the ability to take strong inspiration from references, trends, materials, spaces, and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the client brief properly, study the brand requirements, develop a clear design concept, and create professional 3D visuals that are both creative and practical.
The candidate should not create generic 3D layouts without a concept. We need someone who can think creatively, build a strong design direction, understand space planning, and deliver high-quality client-ready renders with proper detailing.
The candidate must have a strong sense of branding, proportions, materials, lighting, camera angles, visual storytelling, and production feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
Create 3D designs for exhibition booths, event setups, stages, stalls, kiosks, brand activations, media walls, photo booths, product displays, and branded spaces.
Understand the client brief, brand guidelines, event objective, and target audience before starting the design.
Develop creative 3D concepts with strong inspiration, proper reference study, mood boards, and clear visual direction.
Bring fresh design ideas and creative solutions instead of creating generic or repetitive layouts.
Apply branding correctly in 3D spaces, including logo placement, brand colors, scale, visibility, and overall brand consistency.
Create realistic and professional renders with proper lighting, materials, textures, camera angles, and composition.
Ensure every design has a clear concept, purpose, and visual story.
Ensure designs are practical, executable, and aligned with production requirements.
Avoid common 3D design mistakes such as poor proportions, weak space planning, incorrect scale, bad lighting, unrealistic materials, wrong branding placement, and impractical structures.
Work closely with the creative, design, and production teams to refine concepts and make them execution-friendly.
Prepare 3D views and presentation visuals for client proposals.
Revise designs professionally based on internal and client feedback.
Requirements
5 years of professional experience as a 3D Designer.
Must have experience in event, exhibition, booth, stall, stage, and activation design.
Strong command of 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
Strong creative thinking and ability to develop unique, concept-based 3D designs.
Strong inspiration and reference study skills, with the ability to translate inspiration into practical design concepts.
Good understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, textures, proportions, scale, and production feasibility.
Ability to create concept-based 3D designs instead of generic layouts.
Ability to understand and apply brand guidelines correctly in 3D spaces.
Good eye for detail, composition, visual balance, and presentation quality.
Experience with event agencies, exhibition companies, creative agencies, or production houses will be highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Portfolio is mandatory.
