Job Description
SolveInk is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can think beyond basic design execution. We need someone who can understand the client brief properly, develop a clear design concept, follow brand guidelines, and create professional, polished, client-ready visuals.
The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, good inspiration and reference study skills, and a solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, colors, and visual hierarchy. We are looking for a designer who avoids generic design mistakes and works with proper concept, direction, and attention to detail.
This role is suitable for someone who is not just a software operator, but a creative designer who understands the purpose behind every design.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality designs for social media, branding, events, presentations, print materials, banners, backdrops, brochures, flyers, and marketing campaigns.
Understand the client brief, brand identity, target audience, and project objective before starting the design.
Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on proper references and inspiration.
Follow brand guidelines strictly, including logo usage, colors, typography, spacing, layout style, and overall visual language.
Create clean and professional layouts with strong alignment, spacing, hierarchy, and composition.
Avoid common design mistakes such as weak typography, poor alignment, wrong color combinations, inconsistent branding, low-quality visuals, and unclear communication.
Prepare final artwork files properly for both digital and print production.
Work closely with the creative, event, and production teams to deliver practical and client-ready designs.
Handle design revisions professionally based on internal and client feedback.
Requirements
3–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, spacing, color balance, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to develop concept-based designs instead of generic or random layouts.
Good reference-gathering and inspiration development skills.
Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines properly.
Experience in event agency, branding agency, advertising agency, or creative studio will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Portfolio is mandatory.
Important Note
We are not looking for basic software operators. We are looking for a creative designer who can understand the brief, develop strong concepts, follow brand guidelines, and deliver polished, client-ready work.
