Our growing company needs a reliable, organized Construction manager to handle the day-to-day administrative aspects of our project sites.
SonaCorp is a family office that develops land we acquire and manages our private portfolio of financial assets in Pakistan and internationally. We have experience with residential and commercial projects. Major projects include financing of a G+13 tower in Shaheed-Millat. Currently we are developing commercial buildings in DHA. We are hiring to develop our in house capabilities to manage our construction projects more effectively. The right candidate should have project management experience working for major developers in the city. The candidate would report directly to the directors of the company. The candidate would be involved in all aspects of the construction project from procurement, establishing deadlines and commitments with various stakeholders, frequent site visits etc. Please understand that our corporation values trust and loyalty above all.
