Job Description

Our small but growing company needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we’re excited to talk with you. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.


Market competitive salary will be offered dependent upon the experience and caliber of the selected candidate.  

Organization Profile

SONAcorp essentially operates as a family office and our interest lie in property development and deploying private funds in the Pakistan Stock Exchange. We are in the process of building a team with professional and experienced capital market practitioners to develop in house capabilities for research and due diligence.


  • Help with daily portfolio reconciliation process

  • Track corporate announcements by specific public listed companies including dividends, bonus and expansion plans

  • Visit construction sites for our development projects and deal with vendors and contractors

  • Help with day to day routine business activities/operations

  • Light accounting duties

  • Create, edit, and update spreadsheets

Qualification and skills:

  • Prior experience in the back office of a mutual fund or brokerage will be additive advantage

  • Previous experience working with a private property developor will also be valued
  • 2+ years experience in some form of administrative capacity is preferential but fresh graduates can also apply

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (BCOM; initial stages of ACCA)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Pleasant, friendly disposition

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
