- Follow capital markets rules and regulations in case of capital markets transactions
- Originate new transactions as per the agreed targets
- Knowledge of syndication, credit, and capital markets
- Knowledge of legal documentation would be preferable
- Financial analysis skills including financial forecasting
- Required to travel frequently to different cities
- For the assigned and/or self-originated transactions:
- Conduct credit analysis of company for which financing is to be raise
- Prepare spreads, financial models/forecasts and ORR analysis
- Obtain credit approval as per credit policy for bank’s own underwriting, hold and participation amounts where applicable
- Prepare term sheets, teasers, information memorandums and other required marketing material for circulation to the investors/lender
- Develop, review and approve transaction documents including loan and security agreements in consultation with legal counsels
- Execute legal documentation related to assigned transactions
- Manage execution of all loan documents by all syndicate partners
- Assist in maintaining relevant data base for economic and industry information. Keeping up-to-date with economic and industry trends, legal and regulatory environment and global business developments
