WE ARE LOOKING FOR DEDICATED PERSONAL TO LEAD AND MANAGE E-COMMERCE PLATFORM. Roles & Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
1. Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve online sales.
2. Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, testing of product placement, reviewing, and reporting.
3. Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, affiliates, email marketing and social media.
4. Keep up to date with best practices for online business development and overall growth of the brand.
5. Team Building.
6. Overviewing Dispatch for online sales.
7. Handling logistics.
8. Overseeing/Handling customer pre and post sales quires and issues.
9. Strategies formation for effective operations department handling.
10. Dealing with listing, price management of our different range of products.
11. Influencing the product design, content, and attributes.
12. Driving growth and profitability of our brand.
13. Managing the end-to-end process of product sales and promotion.
14. Manage the product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement.
15. Improve the performance of the brand by optimizing reviews, SEO and pricing.
16. Focused in achieving daily task and goals.
To qualify for this position, your background must include:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Degree requirement may be substituted by experience in a related field.
3. Previous experience in running/managing ecommerce store/marketplace
5. Proactive personality fully focused with attention to detail.
8. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate swiftness.
