- Reviews the company’s programs of teaching and learning to assess their potential for on-line delivery and advise appropriate managers on which areas of the curriculum can be redesigned/enhanced using ILT and e-Learning.
- Creating and enhancing E-Learning content on web site.
- To create effective videos for e-learning courses, creators require good voice recording and editing software.
- To amplify student engagement in online learning by adding interactive elements to the course such as a comment or question feature, images and multimedia, and games, quizzes, and assessment tests.
- Works with various faculties, SMEs, trainers and other experts in the continued development of the corporate vision of maximizing e-Learning.
- Performs design, development, execution and evaluation
- Designs and develops supporting aides for print, classroom and on-the-job training materials
- Maintains e-learning content using given software
- Works with project team to design and develop SCORM compliant e-learning
- Develops storyboards and scripts for e-learning and virtual live training, Upload and configure e-learning content into learning management system
- Integrates emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning
