Job Description

  • Coordinating with potential clients and materializing business opportunities
  • Maintaining a database of Potential Suppliers and Vendors
  • Maintaining product category and price wise approved suppliers register
  • Developing and Maintaining a filing system at the region
  • Identifying and coordinating for advertised business opportunities and supporting in bid submissions
  • Execution of work awards, on-site supervision, quality assurance, time efficiency, and relevant documentation
  • Price Negotiations with Suppliers and cost control mechanisms
  • Followups of invoices and recoveries
  • Customer relationship management
  • Coordination with corporate office and relevant stakeholders
  • Any other task assigned by Regional Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer
