- Coordinating with potential clients and materializing business opportunities
- Maintaining a database of Potential Suppliers and Vendors
- Maintaining product category and price wise approved suppliers register
- Developing and Maintaining a filing system at the region
- Identifying and coordinating for advertised business opportunities and supporting in bid submissions
- Execution of work awards, on-site supervision, quality assurance, time efficiency, and relevant documentation
- Price Negotiations with Suppliers and cost control mechanisms
- Followups of invoices and recoveries
- Customer relationship management
- Coordination with corporate office and relevant stakeholders
- Any other task assigned by Regional Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer
