Job Description

o  Overall responsibility of smooth functioning of operations of the region.

o  Keep close liaison with respective Security Officers of our clients. Periodical meetings with the clients for necessary feedback.

o  Keep close liaison with the area supervisors of the regions.

o  Ensure improvement in quality of guarding and CVIT services to the entire satisfaction of clients.

o  Endeavors for expansion of the business of guarding services as well as CVIT operations.

o  Recommendations for policy making and growth of business to higher authorities.

o  Manage appointment, training and grooming of staff of region as well as security guards and crew staff of CVIT. 

o  Arrange timely resolution of issues, queries and complaints raised by the clients.

o  Responsible for implementation and compliance of all instructions/guidance received from higher offices/HO.

o  Preparation of proposals for hiring of premises for SG, CVIT proposals etc.

o  Responsible for timely provision of information asked for by the higher offices/HO.

o  Evaluation of staff for recommendation of their promotion / increments/awards.

o  Ensure submission of prescribed periodical statements to HO/other related quarters.

o  Arrange updating of ERP System with regard to guarding, uniforms and weapons.

o  Ensure punctuality and attendance of office staff as well as field and CVIT staff.

o  Ensure upkeep and maintain required record of the region.

o  Preparing all Data, Periodical statements on prescribed Formats provided by the Country Head Operations and sending thereof to respective Offices within timeline and ensures submission without delay.

o  Will be responsible for all Hardware &Equipment of the Office and carrying out periodical Repairs/Maintenance thereof after seeking proper approval.

o  Assist Head of Operation the in Discharge of their Function

o  Any other task/duty assigned by the competent authority
