• Maintenance of personal record of all employees
  • Overall in charge of daily attendance and its submission to quarter concerned on regular basis
  • To complete end to end recruitment process
  • Preparation of questionnaire, availability of panel members
  • Assist in compensation & Benefits plan
  • Training Need Identification and classifications by coordinating with line manager and departmental heads
  • Plan for conducting the Annual and midyear appraisal
  • Assist in Responding to human resources queries from staff in the Program regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits and other pertinent information
  • To organize and maintain the HR drive folders on regular basis
  • Noting down and sharing the minutes of HR Meetings with the concerned, as and when required
  • Active involvement in the employee induction and orientation process by coordinating with the relevant departments about the new joiners
  • Completion of joining formalities e.g thumb impression, creation of official email id, office card, issuance of computer and stationary
  • Assist in resolving and recommending on staff grievances
  • Facilitate and support the concerned line managers in preparing of J.Ds, if required
  • Conduct Reference check by adding relevant questions related to specific job the candidate being considered and his/her Security/background check, as per the policy
  • Maintaining record of all the Interviewed candidates (selected/not selected/ blacklisted / cheated etc)
  • Strong Coordination with field HR staff
  • Maintain record of selection, transfer, Promotion and resignations etc
  • Management of hard copy files and electronic personnel files as per the checklist
  • Dealing with staff in terms of Processing the new contracts, renewals, resignations/departure of staff, terminations letters, final settlement and obtaining their clearance from different departments
  • Developing and updating of SOS HR manuals and other policies
  • Supervise ERP.
  • Maintenance of leave record of all employees
  • Regular updating of staff database in HR software/excel (complete information of every individual staff e.g new joiners, Leaver, removal of thumb impression info, updating official e-mail I.Ds, transfers, Promotion and resignations, employee’s card issuance, etc
  • Generating monthly graphical reports related to HR
  • Management of hard copy files and electronic (ERP) personnel files as per the checklist
  • Improving the documentation and outdated templates
  • Assist in responding to human resources queries from staff in the Program regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits and other pertinent information
  • Any other task assigned by the competent authority
