· To directly coordinate with supervisors of the Region
· To ensure that the deployments of shift are recorded accurately and the sites are covered as regards security through timely placement of security guards.
· To ensure rules and regulations are observed at all the posts.
· Discuss on internal problems and security discipline and make solution with the support of staff/customers
· Deal with complaints instantly and their redressal on priority basis.
· Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement in overall operations.
· Assist in emergency management and contingency planning
· To maintain 24 hours communication with all sites, Supervisors and Ops team.
· Deal with all incidents & emergencies within laid down response and escalation procedure.
· Arrange marking and feeding of attendance in ERP on daily basis
· Prepare visit report of on and off patrolling officers in daily basis
· Execute training of SGs with the help of RMs and Manager HR
· On-job training and evaluation of the guard force
· Ensure rotation of guards as per client SOPs
· Recruit, train and supervise security staff and guards through HR
· Investigate and resolve issues / complaints
· Keep close liaison with respective Security Officers of our clients
· Any other job assigned from time to time.
