There are both customer support and operations roles available in Source.com's Faisalabad, Pakistan office. These are full-time roles on a small team of operations and support personnel who will work closely with their American counterparts at Source. The hours for this position will be mid-to-late shift (between 6PM-2AM local time).
Required Skills:
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Experience in either customer support or business operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine tasks without making mistakes
- Experience working for foreign corporations a plus
- Strong command of modern computer software
- Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. a huge plus
