The Opportunity for You
As a Backend Developer, you will be a part of our highly-skilled team of developers in Lahore, and work directly under our most Senior Backend Engineer. We are an agile team and work in a collaborative environment where continuous learning opportunities and challenging work is a constant. You will employ agile development practices.
This is a fast growth opportunity. You will take on responsibility for backend maintenance and development tasks. You will be supported and trained continuously but you must also already be highly competent and capable of adding value from day 1. You will take on increasingly challenging assignments and responsibilities in building and maintaining our backend. The more you can be an asset, the more you will progress. There is no limit for a high calibre candidate.
Requirements
Technical Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a top University
- You are very strong in Python, Scrapy, JS
- Experience in Django and DRF and GIT is a big plus
- You have at least 3 years of industry experience as a software engineer.
- You have strong data structures and algorithms concepts
- You can build efficient, reusable well-designed and high-quality code
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical discussions in Urdu
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills in English
- It is a bonus if you have good verbal communication in English
- We value people who communicate directly, simply, honestly and clearly
Salary
A range is provided and an offer will be finalised commensurate with your experience and skills.
