As our lead iOS Developer, you will be a part of a highly skilled, agile team and work in a collaborative environment where continuous learning opportunities and challenging work is a constant. You will employ agile development practices including test and deployment automation as well as continuous integration to improve overall execution speed and product quality. In this role, you will be leading the design, implementation, and roll-out of our iOS app alongside our entire mobile development team. You will be translating complex ideas, needs, and goals into simple, beautiful user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Sozie team to execute functional experiences for mobile app
Develop and maintain interactive wireframes, mockups, and specifications to support product definition and development
Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that meet user requirements and achieve measurable business goals
Perform usability testing and research customer feedback to understand user behavior
Clearly articulate design choices and be open and eager to taking feedback
Partner with developers to ensure product designs are implemented to specifications
Work with Product Managers and developers to conceptualize, execute, and design intuitive and functional experiences for mobile app and web
Requirements:
You have extensive experience building and maintaining native iOS apps (4+ years)
Extensive experience working with iOS Networking Layer integrating Restful APIs
Delivered an impressive iOS app to the App Store, solid understanding of Apple processes
You know how to write high-quality, testable code, and understand the tradeoffs between expediency and maintainability
You have strong UX and design sensibilities, and know how to bring complex designs to reality
You are a strong communicator, and you can explain complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers without a problem
When things break, you’re eager and able to help fix things
Nice to Haves:
Experience with Intercom, Hubspot and Jira
Data analysis knowledge
