The Role: Analyst, Program & Project Management [US shift]
The Team: Our Digital Technology Services (DTS) and Technology Strategy Governance (TSG) team enables a culture & mindset of Client-First & Architecture-First with a focus on delivering value through disciplined program delivery. Sitting within the CIO organization, DTS and TSG are enterprise shared services enabling people, functions, and divisions by providing secure, reliable, and seamless solutions to customers and our people. The Impact: The Analyst will provide program and project management for all of Commercial & Marketing Technology. Commercial and Marketing Technology is responsible for S&P Global's strategic evolution of commercial technology platforms, capabilities, frameworks, and operational processes.

Responsibilities:
- Recognition Program Management: Host celebrations, run team contests, challenges, polls and retrospectives.
- Manage department-wide Employee Engagement Activities
- Oversee key recurring department wide project management initiatives including weekly stakeholder project updates
- Own the department's Sphere and SharePoint Sites. Solicit and manage the content and site organization.
- Manage and coordinate internal communications regarding all key programs
- Organize and Manage Internal Training Programs
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in working in a multinational corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across responsibilities and stakeholders
- Ability to turn ideas into strong processes and recurring programs
- Willingness to work the US shift
