The Role:
As an Assistant Manager of Sales Support you are primarily responsible for leading a team of Client Engagement Associates who identify and engage prospective clients to drive revenue. Your role focuses on people development and alignment of goals to meet business objectives which includes developing the team’s consultative approach through the utilization of the diagnostic process. You will also support Global Sales Team Leads and Managers in driving team performance via use of tools such as continuous mentoring and feedback, results documentation, rewards and recognition, and delegation of tasks for competency and critical skills development.The Impact:You will be part of the Commercial Organization and support Sales Executives by identifying prospective clients, performing discovery, and supporting the trial process.

Responsibilities:You are responsible to uplift the morale and motivation of direct reports and being the driving force for continuous growth and development of the company as a whole
You are required to monitor the quantitative and qualitative performance of team members and communicate key points to the Global Team. You will also be simultaneously ensuring that everyone in the team is meeting or exceeding expectations. Continuous mentoring to support individual and group initiatives is also to be encouraged within the team.
Monitoring the completion of the required workflow-centric and product-specific trainings and ensuring team members are adept on Salesforce.com, consolidated usage cube, product knowledge, new functionality and all related continuous education
Reinforcement of the diagnostic sales approach is essential
Identifying blockers/areas of opportunity to suggest ways to help the Associates and address them by providing supervisory support in resolving issues related to outreach, trial support and performance management. You will serve as a subject matter expert on the business being supported.
Acting as the main point of contact for onboarding newly hired employees and ensuring that the positive and visionary department culture is maintained throughout.
Participate in recruiting and hiring process to meet adequate staffing level as needed as well as work on special projects/assignments as required and/or assigned

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent education and experience
2-4 year’s related work experience
Excellent presentation, communication, multitasking and customer service skills
Deep understanding of finance industry and sales of financial services and products to a customer base
Understanding of the diagnostic sales approach is an added advantage.
