The Role: Associate Advisor, SNL Banker Cloud

The Location: This position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The Team: The team is located globally including US and Pakistan.

Work Shift: This is a Night Shift position and will be from 5PM – 2AM or 6PM – 3AM depending upon the business need.

Our SNL Banker solution offers community banks and credit unions a simple, streamlined solution, providing data and insights to inform client’s decision making, help manage risk, improve performance and automate reporting efforts.

Responsibilities:

• You will schedule meetings with clients to discuss S&P Global Market Intelligence products, services provided, and client needs. 
• You will set up training and sessions as required.
• You will provide training either by Gotomeeting, Webinar or over the phone for new users.
• You will also establish and maintain relationships with clients touching base frequently, monitoring product usage, and providing updates to make sure product usage remains high.
• You are expected to work with various S&P Global Market Intelligence departments to resolve client issues.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor's degree minimum in finance, Economics and/or an ACCA affiliate.
• You have excellent spoken English with an ability to articulately and fluently get your point across.
• You have excellent financial knowledge
• You have a passion for solving issues
• You enjoy working at the intersection of data and technology
• You have attention to detail
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the Banking sector and/or knowledge and understanding of the Banking industry is highly preferred.
