The Role: HR Business Partner
The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
The Team: This team provides HR consultation to business leaders and management teams, develop workforce and talent plans, collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to manage the design and delivery of human resources solutions aligned with the organization's business goals.
The Impact: This strategic role works closely with business leaders helping and empowering them to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with more senior HR roles to support talent management initiatives and programs established for the client group.
- Serve as subject matter expert on HR data and analysis.
- Interprets policies set by the Centers of Expertise/Shared Services/Outsourcing providers and ensures adherence to them.
- Maintains awareness of client group's business and human capital goals.
- Coaches supervisors and managers in managing employee performance and understanding and communicating HR programs and policies.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations unit to ensure fair and timely resolution of all employee issues and complaints.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partnership role or equivalent function
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Ability to analyze and think strategically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed, motivated and takes initiatives to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
