The Role: Data Migration Project Manager, OTC Transformation
The Team:
Order-to-Cash (OTC) Operations is a global team that is at the forefront of transforming our technology, processes, and culture to establish a seamless client buying experience. Our dynamic team values collaboration and often partners with stakeholders across divisions (Commercial, Finance, Legal) to drive meaningful change that enables S&P Global to power the markets of the future.
The Impact:
As a part of the high-visibility and high-impact program, you will have an opportunity to help S&P Global establish a seamless client buying experience across all divisions. This is a large, multi5-year initiative, which will impact all divisions and stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Product teams. As part of this program, you will have an opportunity to establish new working connections, learn our divisional commercial models, help influence our processes and apply best practices to make it easy for S&P Global clients to buy products and services from us.

Responsibilities: As a Data Migration Project Manager, you will be responsible to:
Ensure the new OTC architecture and solution enables high data quality
Influence the design to ensure sound data governance principles are followed
Oversee data mapping and migration work streams to ensure the migrated and converted data supports the program’s goal to establish a seamless buying experience and efficient OTC workflow. Need candidates with technical experience, master data management, PMBA/BA.
Oversee data conversion and migration work streams to ensure the migrated and converted data from legacy OTC systems supports the program’s goal to establish a seamless buying experience and efficient OTC workflow.
Project manage the development of integrations, which will ensure smooth flow of incremental data to ancillary systems and applications through cross-platform integration
Engage stakeholders for requirements gathering, impact analysis, technical design reviews, and go-live coordination.
Manage scrum teams as Product Owner to oversee the implementation of the respective work stream.
Understand current state of workflows and tools and be able to connect with future design, with potential changes and differences.
Partner and coordinate with other Project Managers, Scrum Teams, Business SMEs, Implementation
Partner on activities and plans related to the overall OTC Transformation.
Lead risk identification and develop/execute risk management plans, including but not limited to identifying scope and impact, to direct and indirect workflows and users.
Facilitate and lead conversation to identify risk mitigation strategy and be able to understand the problem and ask relevant questions.
Organize and communicate project plans, define deliverables, and schedule activities.
Communicate project status and health to various stakeholders with different levels of interest and project influence.
What We’re Looking For:
An excellent project manager, who have proven experience working on data projects to build data processing tools, data loaders, data pipelines, using Agile methodologies.
You have great communication skills. Where you can communicate clearly with stakeholders (written and verbal). You know who needs to know what and when.
You have the ability to effectively highlight and manage risks up and down the project chain.
You have experience to facilitate large discussions and to lead stakeholders to consensus.
You should be well organized. You can stay on top of the next steps and be self-starter.
You should be Tech Savvy. Having the knowledge of Informatica, Salesforce, Pentaho, is a plus.
Having the knowledge of S&P Global’s Order to Cash process, and Divisional Commercial model is a plus.
