The Creative Director will provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth. The Creative Director will be an experienced marketing guru with a thorough understanding of concepts, copy and visuals needed for a range of clients over digital as well as traditional media.
Responsibilities
● Conceive and implement visuals and text concepts, guidelines and strategies in projects and oversee them to completion
● Collaborate with Business Development and Client Services Managers to obtain knowledge of the client requirements
● Work closely with project managers to guide projects to timely completion
● Direct and motivate teams of graphic designers, content writers and video editors
● Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
● Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs
● Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
Requirements
The Creative Director will be a seasoned marketing professional and an Ideas Person with experience in an agency environment. You should have hands-on experience of the entire creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development along with excellent working knowledge of design and editing software. Exceptional language skills, copywriting and copy editing experience is an advantage. You should have strong leadership, organization, interpersonal and analytical abilities with team management and mentoring experience.
