We are looking for Experienced IT Assistant for our Rawalpindi office It’s a full time job
Specific duties to be performed:
- Inventory Management
- Trouble shooting
- Resolution of Ad hoc issues
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Suitable profile & preferred skills set required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, Information systems or at least 1 year experience with IT systems, networks and related technologies
- Vici dialer
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Computer network skills
- knowledge about computer network hardware and software
- Problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft office 2007, Windows XP, And Windows 7 in a domain environment
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware/software issues
- Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
- Must be Familiar with Outlook email configuration, send / Received issues and troubleshooting and webmail
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
